Mr. Brew has more than 20 years experience in the field of civil litigation on both the federal and state level, including trials, mediations and binding and non-binding arbitrations pertaining to complex construction litigation, consumer protection, wrongful business practices, insurance, government contract claims, federal and state mass tort claims, business contracts, partnership disputes, property disputes and wrongful termination.

Mr. Brew has also argued appeals before the Court of Appeals for the State of California (2nd and 4th Districts), United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and United States Court of Appeals; Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. Mr. Brew has successfully represented consumers in appeals involving the State’s Unfair Competition Laws and the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act. Mr. Brew is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of California and the Federal Circuit of Washington D.C.
